Saltash-based Appleby Westward Ltd. has launched two new services offering competitive printing facilities and payroll assistance to local businesses.
Appleby Print Services is launching a range of services including poster printing, leaflets, wedding invitations, magazines, business cards and canvas prints. The department can also offer volume scanning to file and has been upgraded to meet the printing needs of local businesses.
Appleby Westward is the regional distribution centre for all SPAR stores in the south west, supplying products to nearly 300 convenience stores and supporting them with a wide range of services including printing and payroll.
Print Room Manager Bob Osborne said: “We have a long-established expertise in producing print and point-of-sale material for local SPAR stores and are now keen to use this knowledge to help other businesses fulfil their print requirements.”
The company is also launching Appleby Bureau Services to assist with payroll and offer elements that incorporate all aspects of P.A.Y.E. and other ancillary payroll functions including weekly, four weekly or monthly payroll processing.
The experienced team at Appleby Westward handle everything including basic pay calculations, overtime, bonuses, attachment of earnings orders, plus all statutory payments and deductions. The service can also print P60’s at year end and complete the necessary forms for Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs.
Helena Giles, Human Resources Manager, said: “We provide a comprehensive and reliable service for the small to medium size employer and we recognise that each company’s requirements are different so we tailor our service to suit individual needs.”
